Are you only using Google to perform your search?
Maybe you could come up with a list of 10-15 key words first that you think it might fall under.
Title, Subtitle, subject, topical subject key words, date ranges.

Additionally, if this is only an internal database, then have you tried to contact them directly?
So if the content is externally indexed across the Internet then you have the choice of using more than 2,300 search engines
and they all search differently. Google only bases its searches on link popularity, so if this is not a hugely popular link/source then it may be difficult to find. If this is the route you want to go..see my post on the search engine listings.

Please let me know if any of this helps
      Alice

    Hi Alice,

I saw the following page of your site:
    https://alicemfisher.wordpress.com/2010/page/4/

and thought you could mention us with a link to our site where you have listed all the job sites. We would really appreciate it.

To clarify what we do, http://www.careerjet.co.in is a job search engine. In one simple search, it gives job seekers access to a huge selection of jobs that are sourced from various internet sites, saving the trouble of having to visit each site individually.

What I thought useful for your site, would be:
    A direct link – http://www.careerjet.co.in/search/jobs?lid=83624
    A JobBox – http://www.careerjet.co.in/partners/jobbox.html?s=&lid=83624
    A SearchBox – http://www.careerjet.co.in/partners/searchbox.html

If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me by email or telephone.

    Kind regards,

      Thanks for reading my blog.
You may reply on the page about employment resources with your information if you wish.
I would suggest offering tips, locations of where people can find work and job trends instead of just your links

It’s exhilarating to find detailed info that is not autospun rubbish on the first 3 pages of google. Almost all helpful websites are 2 and 3 pages back in google currently, happy to see one has broken away from the pack.
